The platform currently does not notify affiliates when a payout is made. Please update the Webhook to include an event for individual or batch payouts. If possible, create an API to monitor these transactions, but a Webhook event will suffice for now. This will serve as a temporary solution until the platform can send payout notifications to affiliates via email like other notifications.
